Has a reasonably loud beep, door chime, and is well lit. It’s not as full featured as more expensive units, but it does the job really well if you are on a budget. It offers four function buttons and stickers so you can decide their function. The alpha keypad is responsive, and the buttons are easy to press.
This is a long lasting, dependable product. I have purchased many over the years. Most importantly, you need at least this level of keypad to program your system. If you try to do it with the 6150, it does not provide the on-screen information necessary to have any success.
